How do I sign up?
To get started, visit this link to set up a log in. After submitting, you will receive a verification email. Accounts must be verified before accessing. Click the activation button and you’re good to go!
My phone number is already in use.
It’s likely that you already have an account with us under an old email address. Contact ilda@tacodale.com to have your email updated.
How do I earn points on purchases?
You’ll be prompted to sign into your account when ordering online. If dining in, provide your email or phone number when ordering. We can also scan our phone app. Points may take up to 24 hours to process.
What rewards can I earn?
Every dollar spent equals 10 reward points. Points are calculated from pre-tax subtotals. View our rewards above or through your app.
Can I earn points without your smartphone app?
We highly recommend checking out our app to see what it has to offer, but you can earn points and redeem rewards as long as you’ve created an account. Your account information is accessible from any of our online ordering pages.
Can I earn points with gift card purchases?
No, points are not earned for gift card purchases. Your recipient will earn points when the gift card is redeemed.
